Who we are
This website is run by BAWWN. Our website address is https://bawwn.africa. You can reach us at info@bawwn.africa.
What we collect and why
- Contact and volunteer forms — your name, email address and anything you write to us (plus phone and country if you give them), so we can reply.
- Newsletter — your email address, so we can send occasional program updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter or writing to us.
- Shop orders — your name, contact details and delivery address, so we can arrange payment and deliver your order.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie and a security token so forms and your shopping cart work. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages load fonts and icons from Google Fonts and Cloudflare's CDN. These services may receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.
Who we share your data with
Only with the people at BAWWN who need it to answer you or fulfil your order, and with service providers (such as our web host and email delivery) acting on our behalf.
How long we retain your data
Messages and orders are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and meet our record-keeping obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
What rights you have over your data
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or erase it. Write to info@bawwn.africa.
